EAS's Body for Life Champion
In 2005, I was named as EAS's Body for Life Champion. Over 12 weeks I lost eight pounds of body fat, gained muscle and reduced my overall body fat from 24% to an amazingly-lean 7%.
What I Do
If you want to lose weight and keep it off, I will show you how. I will walk
with you step by step to lose weight, gain muscle and look your best. If
you desire to gain strength for athletic competition, I will make you the
best you can be. Personal fitness training is a fun experience.

professional and need a very firm body, I will build a plan for you to stay
hard and firm, yet not all bulked up. If you are a beginner and just want to
get in shape without going too fast, I am the man you have been looking
